For a tiny town, this was great. They made me a vegetarian dish with tofu. The veggies were really fresh and the sauce was light and delicious. My carnivorous family liked their various meat dishes. All made to order, fast, friendly, and clean. From chicken sauté to 2 different curries (beef), and ginger pork, everyone was happy.

My partner and I ate dinner here in early November. We shared the vegetarian soup and it was yummy ! Not many fries for our french fry order. The food was overall good and the waitress was prompt and friendly. Another couple was eating there at that time so not busy at all. It was a Sat night too... We would probably eat here again...

Stopped here 30 minutes before they closed on the way back to Colorado Springs. The Hunan Beef and Chicken Lo Mein were excellent, and their egg drop soup was some of the must flavorful and dense I have ever had. I would definitely drop by again!

We ordered fried rice. Ohh god, with the oil in it, I can prepare 4 more fried rices at home. All other foods are also not much impressive. Taste is below ok. If you are a vegetarian, better dont even think about trying this.

A welcoming place with friendly servers, pleasant atmosphere, and good food. I ordered the masamom curry with chicken which is one of my standbys, and I enjoyed their take on it. The sauce was less creamy than I've had in the past, but it was delicious and had just the right amount of spice. The building was a bit odd as it was obviously converted from some other function. At one point the music got too loud and they turned it back down to a level at which it was easy to carry on a conversation.

We've been to Ajia several times before. The food has always been good and they've got all kinds of Pan-Asian options. This last visit, in particular, it was awesome! Better than many Thai restaurants we've visited in larger cities. The Thai Basil stir fry was spicy and very flavorful. And, the Thai Noodle Salad was very, very refreshing. They've got hip, urban Asian decor and the owners are super nice people. We'll be back again to enjoy the same items and try the Kimchi dishes, which also looked good. We would strongly encourage Yelpers to support this 100% local restaurant.

Mediocre service, poor atmosphere, sesame chicken was dreadful, green curry bland. This place should be a last resort

Good food, reasonable prices but a bit scimpy on the portions. Order an appetiser and it will be a good meal.

This is a great Asian restaurant for Pagosa Springs. The ambiance is wonderful, with nice decor and peaceful music. We ordered Orange Chicken and Cashew Chicken. We split a Green Tea ice cream for dessert. Wonderful!

James the owner personally brought our food to our table and always takes very good care of my parents when they go there. I am from San Diego and we have a lot of amazing Thai and Chinese places to eat at, and this place lives up to the quality standards I'm used to. I had the yellow curry with chicken and it was very spicy. If you don't like too much spice you may want to ask if they can make it milder. The eggdrop soup is delicious as is the Thai iced tea.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
